I had bought her a 3-wheeled walker last Friday, she loved it! The staff at the home said they couldn't believe how fast she was walking with it. Just last Sunday I told her she was going to live to over 100. So anyway, if I'm not keeping up with the thread this week, it is because I will be busy sorting things out. Instead of my bringing Mom over to our house today, I will be packing up her things at the home.

I'm so very sorry to hear your sad news. It has always been obvious from your posts that you held your MIL in great affection. Thinking of you. M x

Oh Sher, I know just how you feel. My dear dad died very suddenly a few years ago without really being ill. At the time I just felt as if the very centre of my world had disappeared and my heart too was breaking. And in the middle of that you have to get so much organised and talk to so many people. At least you know your MIL didn't suffer a long illness - that seems to be the only consolation. Loads of best wishes and prayers winging your way.

I am so, so sorry to hear about your lovely Mom-in-law. God rest her soul, at least she went quickly which is better for her, but such heartache for you and your family to bear. Thinking of you and yours hun, hugs to you all. xxxxx

Sorry to hear your sad news Sher, (I posted my comment to Mad before I read through the rest of the thread) your comment about your MIL and speeding about with her new walker made me smile, hopefully memories like this will help you through the weeks ahead. Take care :A

Err yes I did and the tiger claw ones @ 9p. You may have noticed the lack of doughnuts too (Mad had them )
