Thanks for the link. Thats telling i need a PS3 Exclusive to paly Blue rays, so a normal 160Gb will not play a bluray disc? 9if so thats a shame as was hoping to use it for blue ray movies)

all ps3's play blu-rays. the 160gb is just refering to the size of the hard drive.

Also, consider this as well: If you or someone who you are buying this for intend downloading a lot of content including games, music, movies, and DLCs (downloadable content) then consider getting a console with more gb. It's quite common apparently to use up most if not all of the storage space fairly quickly on a 160gb hard drive.

However, if you just intend buying game disks then a 160gb console should be OK and should have enough space for game data/install/DLC's, photos, music and videos.
