Hi
Wondered if anyone would be able to help. My Mrs uses a site, thats uses Java for it's program, but we cant get the program to load. We have update our Java etc.. and still keep getting the Error.
It says *The application failed to run*
??

Ok well first things first, do you know anyone else who uses the site and are they having any problems? Can you tell us the site?
If you go to java.com and click "Do I have java?" what comes back?
And finally, I'm not using windows so can't remember exactly where it is but if you go to Java in the control panel and in one of the tabs should be the option to remove temp files. Do that and try again.
Also might be worth posting what OS, browser and version of java you have.0
