phone call from fos

Hi all i have picked up a message on the answerphone from the fos today but when i went to get a pen and paper the message had gone :mad: all i can remember was that it was a guy with the name kemp 
my mind is now working overtime wondering why they phoned and hoping against hope that its an offer even though i very much doubt it, has any one else had just random calls from this guy, he had a very nice voice though

The FOS do call about cases either for more information or if it has passed to an adjudicator they can ring to get a clearer idea about the complaint.
Just call the PPI FOS number and they should know who called.DS1 12/10/04

When my hubby received a call from the FOS a few weeks back, it was to let him know that his complaint was being looked at.
Anyway, hubby was successful and now just waiting for his payout.

thanks everyone for your replies you never ever let us down:D i too hope its some good news but to be honest i'm not that hopeful, my case has only been with fos since begining of june and RBS arnt that easy to crack but you never know eh 0

well i phoned the fos full of anticipation this morning and..............it was an adjudicator...........but all he flipping wanted was to talk about feedback i had left on a questionaire
but never mind thought it was too good to true it being anything else, but he was a really nice man:D 0 -
