Hello everybody,

I feel I have no choice but to post this message having read all your messages of frustation and disappointment about Just Beautifully Limited and I too feel the same.

On the 15th November I placed an order with this company for some hair straighteners, brush and a hair thermal spray and I got an email back confirming my order (good so far). So I waited patiently...and waited...and waited nothing!!!

I rang them and they told me that the thermal spray was out of stock that this was the reason why the despatch had been delayed. The girl on the phone assured me that my parcel had been sent the day before and that I could expect it within 2-3 days. Satisfied with her explanation I waited again.

The days went by and still nothing. I rang them again and was told that this time my order had been stolen by Royal Mail, but they would send me another one using DHL. True to their word on the 25th November it arrived. Unfortunately I only received my hair straighteners and the rest of the parcel belonged to somebody else (some hair extensions and Nail Inc. nail varnish). I contacted them and explained the situation. At their request I sent the incorrect items back and since then have had nothing but excuses after excuses: change of website provider, change of offices etc...

I have telephoned a total of 26 times so far. Sometimes I can not even get through as it is engaged or I get the answer machine or no reply at all.

It is now the 8th December and I still haven't received the rest of my order. I am at my wits end with this company it has caused me a lot of stress, nobody likes to be taken for a mug and it's exactly how I feel. I will keep ringing them and won't give up. For people who haven't used them before just BE CAREFUL!!!
