Paypal reversal. Where do I stand?

Well, I had an Irish buyer buy a monitor from me on Sunday. I booked parcelbee to come on a Wednesday as the supplier made sure that UPS delivered today, so it makes sense to book for Wednesday. Anyway, today Ive had a paypal case reversal thingy and I was just wondering where do I stand.Apparently, the case was unauthorised. Just wondering, even if I do send the parcel tomorrow via UPS, would I actually get the money that my buyer gave me or would I lose it all. I suppose I could send it back to my supplier and get a near full refund. I dont want to get scammed, but I would also like a sale lol. At this moment at time in business I cant afford to actually keep items in stock
BTW, Ive sent proof of shipping as in just a screenshot of the label, and also a screenshot where it shows that Ive paid £13.99 to parcelbee

If the money has already been reversed then you haven't been paid so you shouldn't send.
Contact the buyer and ask what is going on.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Well, it hasnt been reversed yet0

If the process of reversal has been started, DON'T SEND IT. Contact the buyer to see what is going on, but don't send until the case has been sorted either way and you have the money.0

Thanks for that. Its quite lucky I have sent booked it for tomorrow then eh
Will contact the buyer to see whats going on and may even give a full refund. If I get a neg on eBay, would it be possible to remove it considering the circumstances. Will also contact the buyer and ask them whats going on

I wouldn't refund, you don't want paypal taking the money out as well. I think I would wait until the process is finished.0

Good selling practices, such as trackable shipping, prompt shipment, and communication between buyer and seller help resolve cases of unauthorised use.

I did send them a postage label screenshot. I think this buyer was just wanting to get a free item then, knowing that I sent it tracked. I also suppose that this is that they thought they could scam me via this method. I was going to contact them also via advanced search, but first I accidentally clicked fine items by bidder and they've bid on other computery bits as well.0 -
Right, I phoned the buyer via a calling card as the mobile and landline proved too expensive. Unfortunately, they had a mobile number and my £1 calling card wouldn't allow calling mobiles. Before this, I requested their details, and they also got an email about my number obviously. They explained that they had bought 6 items recently and were shocked as much as I was when the paypal reversal happened. They phoned paypal, and were told there were attempted hack attempts from the USA as they had been going through proxies-as in the hackers kept entering the wrong password. This story seems feasible. However, if they go to the bank and issue a reversal from there, I suppose I have paypal's backing as well-with their email they gave me0
