AB1 Collectables LTD Aberdeen

I am hoping our scottish friends might be able to help with this one!

Basically I am trying to track down a shop\company called AB1 Collectables.

Here 's the story. I ordered an item from their website(http://www.ab1collectables.com/) 3 weeks ago. I received an email acknowledgement stating that my order was successful. I have not yet received the goods and no payment has been taking from my credit card. So I e-mailed them last week for an update. I received no response. So I telephoned the number on the website and discovered that company had moved out of premises 2 to 3 months ago and left no forwarding address. All the person on the phone could tell me that they had moved to Stonehaven.

I have looked on the net and found a couple of similar company names in aberdeen when I ring them the numbers are dead.

Can anybody help?

Unfortunately I can only tell you what you were told on the phone in that they had a closing down sale and moved out of the Trinity Centre. I shall try to ask around and see if anyone knows where exactly they have gone to.

What i don't understand is the website is still running and they still taking orders.
