offshore savings ? im thinking about getting an offshore account does anyone have one that could maybe offer any advice on bad companies and practice's that they have encountered etc.
im thining of an irish offshore paying 5% interest which seems pretty nice, its just i havent had one before so i dont really want to jump in head first

What benefits do you perceive from an offshore account?
You can get more than 5% in a UK account e.g. Alliance & Leicester or Abbey Postal ISA pays 5.35% tax free.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac
