Anything else to sign or disclose after exchange & before completion

As the title.

My position is I have signed the contract and due to exchange imminently (Solicitors words). But will be there any more more legal documents for me to sign before completion and what issues do they cover.

The other question is once exchanged, if any fault arises, am I legally bound to tell my solicitor or the buyer. I ask this second question as I am aware of someone who has just exchanged on his sale and he has a boiler his plumber has been nursing through but who has said it needs replacing. That it could fail completely within days and for sure within weeks?

I believe once you have exchanged it doesn't really matter what happens; it is about what you know about up to the point of exchange. If you've been honest with them so far (ie answering questions honestly, not necessarily volunteering unasked for information) you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
This is from the point of exchange, not of signing contracts.

as for other docs - have you signed the mortgage deed document (that goes to the Land Registry), and the stamp duty declaration document (that goes to HMRC). I believe these don't HAVE to be done before completion, but you might be asked to sign these soon if you haven't already. We went into our sol's this morning and signed the contract and these two documents. I'm not sure if there's anything else.
