    I know what you're saying.
    But isn't that exactly what we do on here?
    Companies try to take advantage of us and we intelilgently try to use their business models in the most advantageous ways for us.

    I am very sure regarding the agreements, may I point out it's a payment surcharge for a whole method of payment, they are offering the opposite to what is being discussed. They offer a discount for a certain payment method. If they wanted to they could offer the discount on Discover cards insted. Although they would struggle to argue the validity of many of thier Adverts as discover is a US card brand. Ryanair claimed to have a special agreement with visa eu, this never existed.
    These are my thoughts and no one else's, so like any public forum advice - check it out before entering into contracts or spending your hard earned cash!

    I don't know everything, however I do try to point people in the right direction but at the end of the day you can only ever help yourself!
