Guardsman / DFS / Sofa protection

Hello people,
Bought a sofa from DFS 9 months ago with guardsman stain cover. This cover being the callout service for spilliages/stains on the sofa.
The Guardsman service centre say they replace any cushions that cannot be cleaned.
Sure enough we got a stain that would not come out therefore after waiting an age we finally got a replacement cushion (the one you sit on).
Problem was its the same colour but a different shade therefore it sticks out from the rest.
Guardsman are sending out an engineer but did advise over the phone that they dont have to replace if its a "shade" issue.
I dont like where this is going. Seeing as im within the 12 month warranty could i ask for a complete replacement suite if Guardsman do not help us?
thanks in advance

The colour of you sofa has probably faded over time, particularly if its anywhere near direct sunlight. In which case it'll never be possible to get a perfect match with a new cushion, even if it's the same colour. DFS/Guardsman are fulfilling their legal obligation to you and I can't see how you can expect any more.0

but we dont get much sunlight in this room and its only 9 months old, is it really unreasonable to ask for a matching colour for something that is still fairly newYou can't beat an egg.........................NO WAIT!0
