  • Posted everything! Woohoo!

I feel a bit bad as I posted everything 2nd class, but even with posting second class the book only made 41 pence at the end of it all!!

Think am not going to bother with books that often anymore, just doesn't seem worth it almost... because people list them at a penny! How do you make a profit that way?! The postage alone!!

Either way - that is about 15 quid winging its way to my bank account :) a good start to the day!

I also got a Aberdeen buttery - nomnomnom!

Green Metropolis has really high standards though, people wont buy if the spine's even slightly creased! I sold 2, and only got 4 stars for one, I've no idea why cos I listed every tiny bit of damage. Then I sold another but it had got bent in the drawer, so I didn't dare send it and cancelled the transaction. So my rating's now so low I wont be able to sell any more there. If my debit master card ever comes through I'm going to try selling on Amazon, at the moment I can't because I don't have a credit card or the right type of debit card.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

I did think my 3 start rating for a brand new book was a bit cheeky, it makes sense now though Ames!

(I only sell books on there that are 'interesting editions' or out of print tbh so I think people can take a bit of damage on those! Just double checked and i have 4.5 stars overall so not too bad - only have two books listed though atm)
