tbh honest it hasn't been on the cards for a while and he said on Sunday that he's worried I don't love him anymore because I pull away a lot (from cuddles, not just oingy boingy:p) so I find I am avoiding going to bed until I know he's asleep
When I have had depression/anxiety in the past, I have felt exactly like this (so it is either normal, or 'normal for us', lol). Even just normal affection felt suffocating, I couldn't bear to be poked, prodded, or...anything else. Just wanted to push him away.
It was like the physical sensations were just too overwhelming to my already overloaded brain.
Talk to him about how you are feeling. Tell him you need his reassurance and affection, but you need it to be on your terms for a little while. At least even if he isn't 100% happy with the situation, he will at least understand what is going on, so wont put even more pressure on by questioning your love for him."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Luc - you need to talk to him. Does he know what's been happening with the tablets?
Oh we have had a big talk about it and I've told him exactly what went through my mind on Sunday and how I feel about everything really but I can also understand that he is feeling rejected and to be fair he does his best not to let it get to him but its been a long time now and just as we were seeing the light at the end of the tunnel I go and do the dumbest thing ever and think that because I've missed a few tablets and nothing has happened then I'm all better.
Man I am so cross at myself.
And I know the tightness/pressure would lift if I could get out for a run but my back hurts too much:o:o

Right,I'm off for a soak..this evening,instead of an early bath,I have
1/Surfed the net for 90 mins trying to find the location of a 911 clutch reservoir..
2/Given up,and called a 911 place in the US,as they were open,and asked them..
3/Reminded DH his bid for Jans work needs to be in tomorrow at 9am..
4/Downloaded and printed said bid, and reminded him again to complete it.....
