It seems even here, people are confused with what the SOGA says. Anyway, can someone please explain this credit note to me? (My last message on page 1)0

It states "This credit note is for VAT purposes only and has been refunded to your credit card". I would have thought that was self explanitory?
The despatch date is probably the date the credit note was issued.0 -

Not really, I don't have a credit card, only debit and "has been" suggests it's already been done but it's not there in my bank account.The despatch date is probably the date the credit note was issued.
So the note was issued 3 days in the future? That makes no sense because I have it here now. Perhaps it means on the 12th, the money will be returned to me?0 -

It takes 3-5 days for refunds to show back in your account so i should imagine it has been processed.
Not too sure what you mean by three days in the future?? It says 9th December which was Wednesdays date!0 -
