Land of Leather

Hi folks.. Need your help..

About 2 years ago, my husand and I purchased a Land of Leather sofa. We took out the insurance (three year) with Land of Leather at the time as well.

We now need to make a claim. Is this still possible? Also, we don't have a copy of the insurance policy details any more (they got lost). Will we be able to make a claim without hard copy evidence?

    Hi

You would need to contact Homeserve who provided the cover I understand.

If you do a google for Land of Leather Homeserve Insurance, you will see several search results for the Consumer Action Group site. May be worth having a read.
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.
