    It's a debit card you will get, not a cash card.

    Natwest offers debit cards, and not cash cards. Don't know why when they offer Solo and Maestro cards, Solo is referred to a cash card. :confused::huh: That was a long time ago, before the Visa debit cards though.

    I had a new card issued with my Step account a couple of months ago and it's a Solo. The Visa's must be very recent.
    Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free :)
    Mortgage free since 2014 :)

    Natwest started issuing Visa debit cards in autumn.

    You could call the bank and ask them to change it.
