Dell moan

I just have to let off steam.
Ordered the 10v on fast track 26/11/09, got a phone call to say to be delivered Wed 2/12/09 ( not exactly the 48hrs but hey ho )
2/12 arrived & went, no delivery.
I have rung every day since & no one can tell me what has happened to it, the carrier says not delivered to them & Dell just tell me it has been escalated but they don't know where it is yet!!!
It appears to be an overseas call centre, they advise no one can ring me back, no one can email me & basically I have to keep ringing to find out any further news, or not as the case seems to be.
AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH:mad:
I am now getting so annoyed & don't know what to do next
