Scammer of the year 2009

I gather that BPA have their own parking awards ceremony. In view of all the fun that the scammers have given us over the year, shouldn't we have our own Parking Scammer of the year award? I nominate Parking Eye for their innovative spoof websites and Excel for going to considerable expense to prove that private parking 'fines' are unenforceable. Lastly, I nominate PCN-UK for their services to diversity, proving that even semi-literate neanderthals can make a go of it in the scamming trade. Any other suggestions and what should be the prize(s)?
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!

How about the "Moonlighting Award" to Michael Sobell of Graham White Solicitors for managing to hold down two jobs? One with the Hackney Council, the other one with Central Ticketing Ltd.

The "Road Safety Award"" should go to CP-Plus for proving that's it's perfectly OK for a tired motorist to keep driving along a motorway.

  • Memory Award for "Perky" Perkins. Anyone who can remember scores of user names and passwords must have a hidden talent. And we thought the bozo was only good for making a bacon roll.
  • Troll of the year must go to Cyberman1956, Starofbengal was a worthy runner up. Commonsenseclive, hardly worth a mention. Cyberman wins a copy of my first spelling book and a morning in charm school.

I think I missed that one. You mean he hacks into accounts?
  • I nominate PCN-UK.
They even give scammers a bad name!

I think the deception award should go to "The UK Parking Enforcement Agency" for making people think it's some sort of government department.

  • The award for services of entertainment should either go to Perky or Ashford (PCN-UK)

Winner will receive a dictionary and in Perkys case his ego will grow even more

Commonsenseclive, what a numpty and what a contradiction.

I still LOL at some of his gormless posts.

Cyberman1956 was something else. Absolutely troll of the year. Illiterate and stupid. What a heady mix.
