Does anyone know where I can find some tips to introduce users to various applications which are new to them. I need something simple - cos im not great at that type of thing...but something that will look professional. Any hints/tips appreciated.

Write it in Word using txt speak
Use an online translator to translate it into German
Use the same online translator to translate it from German to Chinese
Use the same translator to translate it back to English.
That seems to be the machanism used to provide instruction manuals for most electrical appliances I buy !!
