Very won't sell me a Wii!!!

I'm really fed up with Very just now. Ever since Friday night when they started selling their black Wii for £149 I've been trying to get hold of one. It shows as in stock but when I get to checkout it says not in stock. This has been despite others ordering successfully while I'm trying! I rang them and emailed them and they said both times that it was out of stock and the website hadn't been updated yet. But people were still ordering. So I asked my mil to set up an account with them and arrange for it to be delivered here. She did this but they have decided that she's not who she said she is and they've turned down the order!!! If she wants it she's got to send in proof of ID!!! I've told her not to bother - I won't be ordering from them in the future. They're lying to somebody somewhere!
Any ideas if I should contact them and see if they'll sort something out or just look elsewhere? I'd only contact them if I thought I'd get a good discount!

I'm playing all the right notes, just not necessarily in the right order!

I had the same problem on Saturday with Very, but managed to order one for the same price from Marshall Ward. They are part of the same group so tend to have the same kind of offers.
