I have had a website with 1and1 for about 8 years and now want to transfer it to vidahost which does all the same things as 1and1 but for a lower cost. What I can't find out is how to do it. Do I book a package with vidahost and then cancel with 1and 1. Just unsure about the correct sequence to ensure a seamless transfer. Account due with 1and 1 at end Jan so its about the right time.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
