Avoid Direct Choice! Rubbish company and very rude and unhelpful customer services!! Avoid like the plague. I will never have any dealings with this company ever again and I will make sure everyone knows what a poor excuse for a company they are! They lie and cheat thier customers! Shame on Direct Choice!!! Avoid!

Direct Choice were taken over by Saga/AA either last year or the year before, which is why they have many of the same directors (as shown on the FSA Website). Neither Saga nor AA are dreadful companies, so I would expect Direct Choice to be helpful too.

Can you post details of the problems you've had? People on this site may be able to give you assistance on who best to contact to resolve the issues.

Just to confirm; I don't work for Saga, AA or Direct Choice but have come across them in my professional life.

When they were taken over they lost a lot of staff. By all accounts they have replaced them with inexperienced and not very knowledgeable people.
