I wouldn't worry just yet as it appears that even people that have been told that they do have slots haven't had them appear on their accounts yet! You never know, and seeing as CS can't make up their minds you may have a surprise. Good luck

OMG just booked slot no email but went through vip link before just took me to log in now showing booking page, there is hope!

problem with link from your e mail

i have got one but need to log on using your customer number and date of birth as it used to be as the new log in isnt working

Just got mine for tuesday 7-2400hrs
