Got all but 3 items, had to check out twice, but noticed in my email, some items had duplicated by up to 9 items per product! Wondered why the final proce was high, going to have alot of returns!

I always place 3-4 orders every sale and phone up and they drop all but one of the delivery charges

We have had the same re duplicate items.

Am a bit gutted as I left H to do the order as I was putting the toddler to bed and he ordered a number of things in the wrong sizes despite me listing it all out for him

That's me done...4 orders and half an hour browsing now the site is running smoothly...can't see anything else I fancy ordering. All but a couple of bits in stock so I'm happy...another good VIP sale

You were prob like me, and kept hitting the add to bag button, hoping it would speed up, but instead it had registered each and every click lol

so when will people call up to ask about the delivery charges? tonight? or wait until tomorrow? would it matter?

yeah a lot of the electricals just have £100 or £50 off of them rather than being half price, which explains why they aren't flying off of the shelves!

Re delivery charges - I jsut call when I get my next statement with them on and say that I've been charged 4 delivery charges when I ordered in the sale but had to break my order into separate ones because their website was jamming up. I've never had any other reaction than "oh yes you placed the orders on the same day, we'll refund the other charges".

yes they are. I got marc jacobs daisy, nina and dkny for at least half price. That was at 7pm
