Tesco Entertainment Problems...Agian

I like a few others ordered left for dead 2 from the tesco entertainment website a few days back, however the order was cancelled as it was a pricing error, i was told on here by some very helpful members that they could do this and didnt have to honour the purchase because no money changed hands and therefore the contract was never closed and could be withdrawn.

However i looked at my Credit Card statement today to find the money had been taken out of my account, i rang tesco and they said the money had been taken from my account and refunded but it hasnt been, the non refund isnt the issue in question here though

if money was taken, the contract was closed i would imagine? so surely this means they have to give me the item for the price i paid as money was handed over?

help?

im sorry but i have no problem with them not selling me the item as it was a pricing error this i understand, and i am thankful they sorted the error quickly, i was simply confused about where i stood on the matter as the advice i recieved last time was as i stated in the OP, i dont need calling a "bottom feeder" for simply trying to save myself some money and then being confused on where i stand when things i've never encountered before happen.

This very question was answered by a few posters, myself included, several times in fact to those who asked for advice and didn't like it.

This was after your post but would it of been to much effort to look through the rest of that thread or even re-hijack it rather than clogging up the boards with a new thread?

This isn't trolling, its common sense and sanity.

Why do people keep asking this question as the response is same every time no they don't to sell it too you at that price until its be despatched. Please some stick this kinda topic its a bit anoying here the same thing again and again and again.

Has anyone found the best price for this game yet? Its on at £32.99 on gonetomorrow.co.uk but I've never heard of that website? Any help would be appreciated.

I've just found Left 4 Dead 2 for £29.99 free delivery on GAME.co.uk.
