Done over by Halifax

I not so recently transfered a credit card to the Halifax, with additional PPI, I was quite unaware of the probs with PPI then. The prob occured when I got a ballance that said I was over my limmit and was being charged for it.
It turns out that the PPI is'nt included in the min monthly payment and as aresult it put me over my limit, I did not spend on this card and was totaly let down by the company. Is there any thing I can do to get some of this money back from these Pirates.:huh:

Normally cards only let you balance transfer up to 95% of available credit - so you need to provide more information here.
What is your limit - how much did you B/T to it - was the card clear beforehand?
What was the minimum payment and PPI premium.

Your big mistake is blindy paying the minumum payment with spending a couple of minutes a month managing your finances. Reading the statement thingie they send is helpful.

Did it not cross your mind that the amount you were paying was less than the insurance that you agreed to take out?

Oddly, in such circumstances, your debt rises.
