Hi all,
I'm trying to find a good photo editing package or something similar that can determin what size to print out at.
I have a photo @ 2848x2136 and I want to put it in a frame, Corel PSP has a print layout function but it is limited to frame sizes.
Does anyone use anything that i'm describing?

If you haven't got it already, download Irfanview which is a great program and it's also free!
Open your image and do Image, Resize/Resample. You can resize in pixels, cm or inches.
