SAR sent over 2 months ago and not heard anything

I sent a SAR to Sainsbury's bank over 2 months ago. They sent me a letter 1 month ago saying that they had received it.
When a company has 40 days to reply, is it the information they have to give within 40 days or just a standard letter saying they have received my SAR?
What action do I take?
Thanks
