Claiming for friend

Hi All

My friend wants me to claim back his credit card charges for him as I have been successful myself and he is one of those people who never get round to doing paperwork!

Is is possible for me to do it for him?

Thanks

Tell the idle git that you will do it for him, but want the going rate of £495.00 up front and 20% of any successful claim.
PS How do you spell successful, sucessful, succesful, sucesful?

The answer is yes and you need to draft something that allows you to act on his behalf. Or simply put, you write the letters, get him to sign it and then get him to pass on any correspondence to you.
