I've had two visits from them in a year!

Basically in my case somebody reported me saying there was somebody else living here with me. Was advised that my Boyfriend could only stay here 4 5 nights a week!!! However not every week.
  • You had visits from whom? Tax credits or the dwp?

Well the advice you was given is wrong, there are no set nights quoted by law and it would be up to the DM to determine whether you were a couple. Since you have already been reported previously I would recommend that you go to the CAB for some expert advice to cover yourself.

I would advice you to find out what your real income was last year by getting figures from the Tax office or your employers, be prepared that you might have an overpayment.
