HI i have bought a 17" tft screen from aria which later developed a fault with the display...now i have received the following email:
Iam sorry but the above RMA was received by our technical department and subsequently rejected due to either inadequate packaging precautions or physical damage to the item. As of which we cannot test this item as the warranty has been voided.
In order for this item to be sent back to yourselves you will need to pay for the delivery costs which can be arranged with Customer Services on (0161) 248-1616. They will also be able to help with why the item has been rejected as we take photographic evidence of all rejected items for insurance purposes.
I did not have the original packaging and also the item was sent with royal mail with postal insurance....can't understand what is the problem...is it that it is missing the original box?
will ring tomorrow for more info but in the mean time has anyone any advice?
Thanks
