I have to say that over the past few years I have had nothing to complain about with Ecasher, myself and my OH have had plenty of cashback from them and customer service, on the few times I have needed it, has always been excellent.

The same goes for the sister site Cash in Bag :)

I too had no problems with them so far. And I never saw anyone complaining about them.

Over £250 per year
Anyone else having a problem with speedcashback? I've tried this am & again now but all clicks out are saying "The Link has expired" I'm going to try it on IE in case the problem is just with google chrome but I doubt it will work there either.

No didn't work on IE, the first 3 AFH1, AHS1 & ASS1 all have the above message, though they have tracked on my statement... cannot see them going from clicked to payable though! Price route & Random Website were both ok

Dear TattyBear

Just to clarify your account is not closed; it’s just been suspended as your IP address was coming from a Proxy server.

Please drop us an email at support@ecasher.co.uk & once you have confirmed few details your account will be fully restored.

We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused due to this.

Kind Regards

Martin

Nice to know you're checking, sorry I mean snooping, on the IP address location of all your users and then using it as an excuse to arbitarily close accounts without even notifying the account holder. What other information are you storing without the knowledge of users?

For the pittance of the 10p a day I get from you, with rarely updated balances, and the 16 day payout waits, I think I'll pass.

Your "sister" site did the same thing to me, when the terms say I can have two accounts using the same IP. Never used a proxy there.

As with most click sites, all you're interested in getting users to make you money and manufacturing excuses for not paying them what they're owed.

Funny you should suddenly open an account here 2 hours after I post. How long have you been loitering around here in the shadows seeing who you can try to identify as some sort of "10p a day click abuser"?

More likely that they just have a Google Alert for Ecasher. Doesn't have to be sinister.
• Thanks to Ecasher for sorting out similar problem as Tattybear had within 10 mins of contacting them - 8pm reply as well. :T

It maybe as titmus says and they have had an alert from Google. It's also possible that some transactions have been flagged by a merchant and this also has to be investigated, as at the first sign of 'abuse' some networks will refuse to pay not only for those clicks that have been 'abused' but ALL the clicks on that offer, which can affect hundreds of users.

I use the word 'abuse' loosely as some merchants will claim an offer has been abused if it suspects that offer hasn't been used for genuine purposes, for example searching for items you don't really want! or asking for newsletters to be sent to an email address you don't use often!

Some merchants refuse to pay on the flimsiest of excuses and for that reason the cashback site has to be very careful for the sake of all it's members.

TBH I think Ecasher is only acting the way any responsible cashback site would. hth :)

I recall that a good while back, when there was a problem with the links on speed for a few days, they still paid out if you had carried out the click as far as possible. Not to say that they'll necessarily do it again of course.

Just been told by speed admin that they will still be paying for the clicks while the problem is sorted out. :T

All seem to be working again now..
