Is it actually worth carrying on with Chief and Cascade? There seem to be people leaving them in droves due to the abysmal communication on there. If enough people stop making them money maybe they will start getting their act together and run a business that is professional and not so shoddy.

    What are peoples thoughts?

I've been supportive of the sites in the past & won't be giving up as I believe - more than I don't - that payments will continue to be made (eventually)(be interested to know what the long term clickers amongst you think!). However, I've lost all respect for the site owners, who very much deserve an awful lot of the criticism coming their way. Communication is better at a toddler's birthday party. One member on cascade has referred to their "arrogance" - and that seems to fit the bill IMHO. I've posted a few times on chief myself re: communication & the site owner's response was woeful / far from reassuring / convincing. If their customer service was 1/100 of get£back & fatcheese we'd all be smiling still. Bottom line for me is a few clicks yes - buying something through them no way whatsoever.

Ps, God bless the mod, Ceemac. I'd have walked a long time ago.

Abysmal that it is taking up to 4.5 months and counting ( likely to be over 5 months by the time payments actually get made) for members of Cashback Cascade to get paid for the sites own clicks:(

( Hoping to receive more than a copy and paste reply )

It appears to be new clicks done now that will be paying for our clicks done in the past, only positive thing is Chief/Cascade owners will IMO always pay for the clicks how ever time delayed.:)

In addition Affiliate Chief clicks are up to 7.5 months behind with payments @ other Cashback Sites with one site still having received nothing for Offerad from August 2009 onwards. :(

Thanks for pointing that out as I havent been their for a few weeks as have already got ideal amount for 5.00 bonus pending.

Looks like home page/site has been revamped lets hope its not been bought out. I have just put an enquiry in regarding not being able to login. ( perhaps someone could try the forgotten password method to see if email address is recognised)

Might be worth me mentioning that I have cashed out something on all R-Points white label sites inc Lifestyle Extras.
