    Sorry...again a Halifax query...:o

I tried to open that a/c just now....and was not sure whether to use their FREE online switching service or not...???
as I don't want to switch all my DDs there but just 1 or 2 just to qualify for that free switching bonus...;)

If I opt for their free switching service do they automatically transfer all the DDs there or they ask you before doing so..???

Once the switch process starts customer normally gets given a choice as to which DDs. SOs they want switched, however normally switch incentives are normally only paid if all available ones are switched which is why some of us keep 1 or 2 in a seperate account that we use for switches cos in that instance that 1 or 2 represents " all"

Taken from online offer T+C ( should add that I got 50.00 switch payment from branch even though monthly credit already went to Halifax)

Complete the switching section in the Halifax Reward Current Account application form with your existing bank account details

Use the Halifax Switching Team to switch your Direct Debits, Standing Orders and other regular payments from your existing current account with another bank to your new Halifax Reward Current Account

Move your salary and/or any other regular credits from your existing current account with another bank to your new Halifax Reward Current Account

Looks like one more scam here.....

£15 signup bonus and £5 referral fee seems to be too good to be true in the current downturn of clicks....:(

Thanks BLF...but I already have one A&L a/c which I am using currently....so don't think another one would be considered...

    Random Website Click

You need to click on the flashing banner on the Random Machine site - this will transfer you to a random website where you should find a banner of a price comparison provider - following it, making a search as usual and clicking through to a merchant will give you the tracked value

We have run out of clicks today - please try again tomorrow 12.00 :(
  • Thanks for the tip, BLF. Think I messed up then on the few clicks I did this am.

Just been on Quanti & it's working okay at the moment / no messages saying to try tomorrow. :)

Also - at the moment anyway - you've got Pricedigger at 5p & Random Website Machine at 5p on there (PD probably to be taken off soon though?).

"You are not authorized to-do this campaign."
