Not many you'd think, but then there are probably those who stick through habit and/or lack of knowledge of the better sites (like me a year or two ago, thinking cbk would have the best rates available :o ).

I have never seen a CC Cashback Offer as high as this for a bog standard card, I havent applied for a CC for ages and have just had application for this one accepted. :j

Posting it as I recall their were odd interests in previous high Cashback Offers for approved. CC applications from readers of this thread. :)

@ idlesaver :) Just a basic good Credit rating with no recent MBNA card applications made should be sufficient for this IMO, would imagine harder to get accepted for American Express CC :)

WOW....that sounds good BLF...but will need a very good credit rating to get sanctioned IMO......:o

Recently by reading Martin's mail, I applied for American Express Reward card....But then realised it needs £500 each month spending for first 3 months to get £90 of rewards....

Now where to use it to make £500 p/m...

Instead I should have applied for this card

I believe referred is when they say cant give immediate decision and the application gets approved after consultation within the organisation :)

Halifax Reward Account I already have 3 of these, ( I believe limit has now been reduced) for over 18 Months Halifax have been paying me 5.00 x 3 monthly for basically funding all three accounts with 1000.00 a month which I have done by transferring the same money from one account to another.:rotfl:

1000.00 doesnt have to be credited in one go, in theory 100.00 can be moved in, out next day, back in following day etc till 1000.00 has been credited during the month. :)
