having problems with parcelnet with orders not coming

hi all hope someone can help me i will cut a long story short

i am a customer with simple be,fashion world n book direct have been for 3 years never had a problem to a moved at start of september i have not recieved any off my parcel there are 7 orders in total from fashion world worth £780 4 for simply be worth £320 and books direct £172 but worst of all whoever has got my parcels have my details and have made a order for £410 from home shopping direct i have been total by fashion world that they couldnt cancel this as it has been despatched to return it to be refunded but the parcel never came :mad: i am calling and email these companys every day and been told someone will call me back and no one ever has till today they have just contacted me saying the company has emailed them and can asure me that all these parcels have been left in my porch and shed for safe delivery but i dont have either of these i live in a close of ten flats that has not even got a door entry or a backgreen for a shed also book direct have said the driver has posted my order in my letterbox but theres no chance this was done as there was 3 books and 4 ds games in the box and it would not fit :mad: also i am disabled and dont get out much plus my carers is in every day so theres always someone in i have not had as much as a card from them saying its left anywere plus to top it all off after waiting all these week for the companys to get back to then i have to wait on missing parcels forms to be sent and filled in and sent back onces these are recieved it could take another 28 days in the mean time all these order have been charged to my account even the £410 order that i told them as soon as i recieved the email stating it was despatched i did not order someone must of had my details they said this was placed by telephone and i have always orderd online i have asked for them to listen to the call they said only sum call are recorded on top off that 2 week before this had been placed i told them not to send anything else to they sorted the matter out i have also just recieved my statements now fashion world was between £15 to £20 a month this months payment is £156 i total them i am not paying this as i have not recieved these and there aware of it then told me if i dont make the payment i will recieve in a default against my name and could result in me been blacklisted CAN THEY DO THIS but on top of this i am paying intrest for these item can someone please help am at my wits end sorry if i have nock u all to sleep just new on here and aint got a clue wot to do thanks for taking the time to read this

Going to BUMP this.
I got a delivery card saying my stuff had been left over the road. I went over and they said they didn't have it. I never even thought of them now having my details til I read the above post.
So what happens? Will they just say that they have completed the order with the delivery and that's it?
(This may be a bit OTT, but what about the Data Protection Act? They've given my details to some stranger).

Exactly what details have they given to a stranger?

They put paperwork in with the parcels. Never took any notice to what details are on, but there's some.

But if the person who may have taken your parcel has opened it and read the paperwork then they shouldn't have done if the parcel was clearly addressed to you. You have more of an issue with the person who has received your parcel but denies any knowledge than worrying about them having read your order details. It will probably only state your name, address and phone number anyway and what you've ordered, of course. You need to contact the sender and tell them what has happened as they should be able to check with the courier firm/driver.

I've contacted them, just waiting to hear from them. I'm expecting them to say they can't do anything because they've been delivered. I just wondered if that would be the case, or they have to make sure I actually get them (or maybe refund).
Forget about the Data Protection stuff.

it also has ur account number on it so they only ask you for ur account number and post code sometimes telephone number they told me they cant do anything unless i have proof

Inform them that you are putting the missing parcels & new orders in dispute, & that they should take no more orders, & stop any interest

then tell them that they need to prove that the items were delivered, & where to
they should have dates & times & a signature:

so they have NO PROOF that the items were delivered
have you actually told the catalogue companies this, in writing?
have you told them that you dont have a shed or a porch?


as for the fraudulent order, they must have a delivery address for it?
is it your address?
tell them to check the telephone number the order was received from. i would assume that they already had yours on record, so they should be able to check what telephone number made the order.



there is absolutely no point wasting your time contacting the couriers
you do not have a contract with them
they are contracted by the catalogue companies, so you need to raise your dispute with them.

yes i have wrote to them there 14 days to contact me back is up on tuesday the order was place for my address and there saying the telephone order was not recorded only some are plus my neighbours has the same problem the driver leaves all parcels at the bottom of the close
