Which cheap graphics card

I want to buy a very cheap graphics card. Only specification is it must support 2 screens (preferably basic vga connection - though dvi would be fine). It will not be used for games, simply IE on one screen and Word on the other.
I want cheap - very cheap ideally. I'm currently looking at
http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/prods/Components/Graphics-ATI/ATIHD4300Series/Novatech/4350512MBPCI-E.html
@£26
But I'm sure I can do better.
When I look on ebay, I see lots and lots of graphics cards, but am struggling to find something either as good for less, or not as good for a lot less.
As I say it doesn't have to do a lot - though it must be able to extend the desktop onto the new screen. Obviously if I'm going to pay £20 on ebay for second hand I might as well pay £26 with a warranty from a respectable company. Neither monitor has dvi input.
Any helpful pointers greatfully received.
