Hi,
I have a SUNVIC SD2700 3 Port Spring Return Actuator as part of my central heating system. Frankly, it's absolutley rubbish as it keeps sticking. Consequently, the heating won't switch on as it should. I've replaced the valve and the motorised actuator 3 times in 10 years to no avail. My system has been flushed through and contains rust inhibitor but still it sticks.
Can anyone recommend an laternative valve and actuator that will fit exactly on the same pipewrok and has the same wiring please?
Cheers!

Get a Honeywell for about £70. It's a 5-wire which should be the same as your Sunvic.0

Hi,
Thanks for your swift reply.
I have just been told that a honeywell V40734a should do the job without any pipework changes. Effectively, just slotting straight into the same place!
Would that be correct?0 -

Yes, just make sure you remove the old olives and nuts and use the new ones supplied.0
