British Gas Phone Calls through the Night

I believe there are rules for collection that no chase calls after 8pm? I may be wrong though. In either case this is clearly harassment regardless of the reason for calling.

Really. How I wish that were true!

I accept 'rubbish in - rubbish out', but modules fail. Software programs have glitchs and conflicts.

We all have PCs that crash from time to time.

Thats why 'Safety Critical Applications' usually have duplicate or triplicate programs.

The Airbus that 'landed' on trees in Paris had the correct information from the pilot i.e. he asked the engines to increase power. The computer decided that information was incorrect as it had determined he was landing.;)

We were not alone then. We got at 3.55 on Sunday morning from BG. It freaked us out as you do not expect anyone to call at that time unless it is bad news.

WHAT?! Are you serious? The reason you were getting the calls is precisely because you had already withheld the payment, by two weeks, by your own admission.
