Freeview Tuning Problems

I have had a SAGEM freeview box for about 3 years now and has worked fine, picking up all the channels. However, in the last week or so (since the really bad weather in London) it was giving blank screens for ITV, Channel 4, 5, E4 etc. I have retuned the box, but these channels have now disappeared.
I have a Nikkai DVB-T Outdoor Antenna (from Maplins) fixed to the inside of the window frame (the cable isn't long enough for me to put it outside) and it has worked perfectly well for the past 3 years. The only problems have been in the last week or so.
Any ideas?
