Exactly. It's one retailer.Graham_Devon wrote: »Confusing title Hamish. Play.com sales are up.
Conversely, I think sales at Borders are down this year.0 -

I've looked at play.com but find Amazon cheaper on virtually everything.
I've only ever bought 1 thing off them.
Not sure how one retailer = a summer?0 -
I haven't purchased anything from Play.com this year, they messed up a christmas order last year and will not be getting my business again.
Plus I get to use a student discount at Amazon. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Telford yesterday and today were no busier than usual. In fact, today was quieter than a normal Sunday. No problems parking either.
Weather has not been too bad round here so it can't be that.
ETA: Sainsburys on Friday evening was also dead quiet. Hope it stays that way for Wednesday evening when I go for my last minute bits.Illegitimi non carborundum.0 -
Went out in NEwcastle last night.
Sat before xmas, very very quiet. The weather was bad, but still. Never seen it like that.0 -

Could be lots of things, more people shopping online, more people shopping play versus amazon, etc etc etc.
But it's interesting anyway. Thats a huge increase for them, no matter what the reason.
Wow, another Hamish thread who's title is deliberately misleading. Ramp ramp ramp ramp. What a sad indvidual.0
