EGG CARD - Manual Payment Query

I wonder if anyone with the above can advise me how to make a manual payment please?? I have a £400 balance which I want to clear now (pay day!!) before I go to Floriday next week so I have the card cleared for emergencies. However I cant get in to the site OR a contact telephone number for them which is slightly worrying!

Oh I see, the site is down for some reason. Don't know about manual payment but their phone number is: 08456000296 - 24 hours. Hope this helps and have a fab holiday.

Do you have online banking? If so then you can just make a BACs payment.

Thanks - problem is I want to pay it from my boyfriends account. Site now working but I can only pay money onto card from accounts in my name!!! What a pain! Have transferred the money from his bank to mine and will set up an automatic transfer from mine for when I am on my hols.

a bacs transfer is fine from any account as you enter your card number for a reference.

its 10 days for BACS from his account for some reason! Have transfered it to mine then will get it paid!

Can anyone let me know that if an account had been closed on an account for 2 years whether you are still able to claim overcharging back on bank charges?

yes you can reclaim charges going back six years ...it makes no difference whether the a/c is open or closed.
