outlook instead of express..

hello genius people! please help .I updated a few things yesterday and now my mailwasher automatically opens in outlook, but I use express usually and it's annoying me that I have to keep switching over! This has happened to me before but I can't for the life of me remember how to fix it..(brain drain .. babies and hormones!) would be grateful of assistancede you beautiful alert people!
