    Well we finally did it got a house not on a main road, next a railway line or any other werid and wonderful things that get on my nerves!!!

    I dont think changing the locks will help, he can then ask the landlord for a set of keys.

    I'll be sending a formal letter to his parents next week for the money and if that doesnt work, i'll be telling them that they need to book their son for a Drugs Re-hab soon - hopefully that will shock them into giving me the money for the bills.

    We have an indivdual tenancy - such a shame because anyone who believes stealing should be evicted on the within a day.
