I dont think changing the locks will help, he can then ask the landlord for a set of keys.
I'll be sending a formal letter to his parents next week for the money and if that doesnt work, i'll be telling them that they need to book their son for a Drugs Re-hab soon - hopefully that will shock them into giving me the money for the bills.0 -
