Hi
My partner has just been made redundant and will have to make a claim from the government and was on a 6 hour contract.
She has actually been working between 30 and 39 hours for at least a year.
Will she be able to claim based on her actual worked hours?

When I was made redundant from Woolworths we were advised by the administrators to put down the average weekly hours worked in the past 13 weeks. Hope this helps.
