I ordered a bed frame from them last week for delivery on Saturday (at extra cost) and waited in all Saturday for it not to arrive.

Upon looking at their reviews on the internet it seems that they are a horrific company who lie about delivery dates and generally deceive customers. I'm trying to sort out a refund as I really can't be bothered waiting around for something to never show up.

Has anyone else used them before and successfully managed to get their money back?

    Have you actually spoken to them about the missed delivery yet?

    Sent an email, no reply yet. I'll give them a ring at lunch.

    The fact they didn't contact me at all to say the delivery wouldn't arrive has me suspicious, the miriad of bad reviews online doesn't inspire me with confidence either.

    Ok they have agreed to deliver it this coming saturday, they say that it was only sent out on saturday which is very annoying as I ordered it on monday FOR saturday delivery.

    We'll see what happens next.
