    Oh! That's reminded me, EON are reducing my monthly DD payments. So paying off my bill & keeping the heating off a lot has definitely paid off :A

    EDIT: Oops, sorry - hope you feel better soon, LT
    @ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82

  • I remembered to take a home made lunch into work today which saved a bit of cash;
    I walked home from work so saved £1.20;
    Completed a Valued Opinions Survey;
    Bought a Xmas pressie for someone for £5!
    Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
  • Hi all

    Glad you have found the wedding ring Jonno

    EON also contacted me - they wanted to put my DD up by £60!!!! :eek:
    Got that sorted and will now be reduced by £15/month instead!

    Door to front room fell off it's hinges, must stop slamming it in a temper lol!

    Still have to juggle money round to pay for all music lessons and Christmas outings DS's are going to. My bank account feels like a leaky seive this month.

    Dinner from cupboards and DS had packed lunch

    Car due for MOT next month - have put some aside but worry it's not going to be enough

    DH brought holiday brochure home today. He must think it grows on trees!

    Feel really quite glum about all this money business, I know it's just a down day ( and it's pay day next week!) but everything is just so horrendously expensive and never ending.

    Must try to be more positive...where's Fay when you need a bit of sparkle?? HSstars.gif

    PS on a plus note I made a microwave sponge that Bagpuss gave me the recipe for last year - it was delicious, thanks B
    Cheshire%20Cat.gif(closest I could get to Bagpuss)
    Getting there...slowly! :D

    GC : must do better
    NSD: very rare

    No matter how slow I go I am lapping everyone on the couch.

    Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.
