is it just busy (at 11.30 ish at night? on a sunday??), or getting hacked again?
i thought the new investment they got was supposed to sort all this out..
Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..

11:30 ish UK time is mid afternoon US time and there is American Football on. Remember that the majority of Twitter users are in the US.
The investment will make an impact at some point but it is going to take time and real stability will not be there until all the new features have bedded in.The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.
