my old lloyds account is corrupt!

in January this year i went to my local branch to downgrade my premier (£25 a month) account which i was no longer using to a regular one and sat with a member of staff and he sorted it out for me- easy!
not so.....
i kept the account open as i was expecting to reclaim OD charges back and today i thought i'd have a look at the account and they've charged me £25 ELEVEN TIMES since i downgraded! seems as though its still a PREMIER account and now its £275 overdrawn!

Why have you left it 11 months before looking at your account?
How often do you get a bank statement?
I thought LloydsTSB default was to send one every 3 months.
Howcome there are no interest or other charges on the overdraft amount?
