Hi Techie People i suspect my Friend may have a virus on his Mobile Phone (Samsung U600) is there any virus checkers free or not for mobile phones before he sends me a message or something and infects my newishTocco.

Not much AV for mobiles around. Odd really. You'd think someone would make a killing.

Some mobile viruses exist to use the phonebook and call people on it to spread, or worse ..call premium rate numbers. I wouldn't be accepting anything from this phone if I were you until he's sure it's virus free.

Some of them use bluetooth to find another device in range and with BT turned on to transfer...so turn that off round him too

the u600 can't get viruses.

its only really symbian handsets (and jailbroken iphones/ipod touches) that can get viruses as far as i know
